Independant audit of a selection of ten water and wastewater facilities in the Southern District Region. This includes a review of the three Potable Water facilities at Riverton, Winton and Te Anau and seven additional facilities
The review also includes an evaluation of the two recent Three Waters Maintenance Contracts and the overall performance to date. The deliverables were a report detailing the findings into three main categories that identified if:
• The ten water facilities are being managed and maintained to appropriate industry standards.• Contractual obligations are being met and performance measures are acceptable.• There are any issues / risks that could potentially cause non-compliance issues in future

Construction Programme Support (CPS) - Detailed design and construction drawings of undergroundservices and utilities for the Te Waihorotiu (Aotea) Station in Albert St, Wellesley St including:
- Stormwater systems – with low cover and large droppers (specialist design)
- All other underground ducting/pipework for Auckland Transport (Roading, Catchpits, Signals, Lights), Vector (22kVA, LV, Comms, Gas), Watercare (Water and Wastewater systems), etc.
